Inspired by the Mediterranean way of life, this rare Blanc de Blancs is crafted where time slows and quality takes precedence. Made from 100% high-altitude Chardonnay, the terroir and climate naturally deliver freshness, perfect ripeness, and vibrant acidity.
Using a non-malolactic base wine and a slow 90-day Charmat fermentation, we preserve pure fruit expression and balance. A refined, emotional cuvée—born from origin, shaped by patience, and ready to be enjoyed wherever life takes you.
